Ronesca understands the importance of quality in the manufacturing of infant nutrition products and insists on applying the highest possible standards at every stage of the manufacturing process from ingredients to final packaging.
Milk powders and ready-to-feed products are made in state-of the-art facilities in France, Germany and the USA using the latest technology to maintain consistent quality.
Products and processes conform to the strict rules laid down by ESPGHAN and CODEX and all of our products are guaranteed free from Genetically Modified Organisms or ingredients.
We observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards are maintained throughout our factories. Ingredients are sourced only from accredited suppliers and materials are inspected at all stages including arrival at the plant.
We test each batch of our products and have a network of independent laboratories that double-check our own QA.
Packing is performed under a high hygiene environment to guarantee nutritional properties throughout the product’s shelf-life. Each line is dedicated to an individual product and thoroughly cleaned before any change.
Before we dispatch the finished product we place a barcode on the packaging recording the batch number and key information. This can even tell us the farm the original milk came from.
Last but not least, our quality control also includes taste testing. Our milks have to be acceptable to baby – tasting good as well as being of the highest quality. Anything less won’t do.
